Basically what you need to do is attach the outlet feed wires to the back of the garage light switch to estabilish a passthrough circuit. Standard led light bulbs can create significant interference between your remote and the garage door opener. Most garage door opener light sockets will pop straight out by pinching the tab that is holding it in the motor housing. This will allow the electricity from the circuit before the switch to pass directly through to the outlet for the garage door opener.
